"I mostly hated this tool, it was okay for the neck and jawline, both otherwise it was a no go for me. Perhaps I was using it incorrectly (followed instructions, the pamphlet and onsite), but it when I used on my cheek bones, it created very puffy under eye pockets - like allergic reaction level puff pockets, so much so my husband asked what happened and did I need a Benadryl. Glad it was free."
